Quality speaks. .. For any product to click, mantra is same. I bought a set of cast iron cookware from annam. Dosa pan, skillet, omlete pan, uthappam pan etc. Surprisingly all these were loved by my wife and she has set aside all her non stick pans and started using only this and says it doesn’t stick on these . Keep it up. You are bound to go places.

Very nice products. I find the standard of ur vessels to b at par with international brands like Meyer and Lodge. The products r packed very well. Though made of heavy iron ,it is packed with care and treated like a fragile package of bone china. Altogether shopping with Annamalai Traders is a pleasure. Haven't seen this kind of professionalism in service except in a Multinational Corporations. That you are operating from an outfit in Madurai with this kind of service and attitude is truly great. We bought polished Dutch oven 5 litres and polished tava 12 inches both are of awesome quality... Can't imagine the weight of the products... It’s so heavy and that talks about the quality... Service is really good... the owner Shiva is very friendly and really supportive... The food tastes definitely better... we cooked briyani in Dutch oven and the taste is in whole new level... dosa also did better in cast iron tava compared to unhealthy non-stick tava… The health aspect of cooking in cast iron really does matter... Maintenance of cast iron is utmost important and need to follow their instructions…
