Apart from condition reserved herein above, the following products shall not be eligible for return or replacement, viz.

- Any product without a valid, readable, untampered serial number, including but not limited to products with missing, damaged, altered, or otherwise unreadable serial number;
- Any product from which the UPC (Universal Product Code) has been removed from its original packaging.
Refund / cancellation of order are possible only within 1 hour of payment made. Once the order is placed and shipped you cannot cancel the order in any time. If the order cancelled within an hour, Refunds will be made in the same form that the payment is received within 10 working days from the date of cancellation of order.

It’s good. Though pricey. Very. Cheaper Indian make options are available. At the same time the Indian counterpart products are not up to the mark as indicated by the reviewers. I waited for almost a year to buy this in sale. But happy with the purchase.
Size is appropriate. Can use it for multi purposes for ex I use it make rotis daily on tawa side and grill fish on the other.
Maintainance is hard, it’s a very heavy tawa/grill. But it’s worth it. Pre seasoning is awesome, surface is even.

I have used this skillet and found it to be excellent and outstanding.
