3. How to Clean PrimeCast Utensils?

Proper cleaning helps maintain the seasoning and performance of your PrimeCast utensil.
  1. Allow the utensil to cool slightly after cooking.
  2. Rinse with warm water.
  3. Use a soft sponge or gentle scrubber to remove food residue.
  4. Avoid harsh detergents and strong chemical cleaners, as they may gradually affect the seasoning.
  5. Rinse thoroughly.
  6. Dry immediately and completely to prevent moisture and rust.
  7. Apply a thin layer of cooking oil over the cooking surface before storing.

Important:

Do not store food or water in your PrimeCast utensil for long periods.

With regular use and proper care, the seasoning will gradually develop, making the cooking surface smoother and naturally more non-stick.

4. How to Season a PrimeCast Utensil?

PrimeCast utensils come pre-seasoned and ready to use. However, occasional re-seasoning helps maintain the protective layer and improve the cooking surface over time.
  1. Wash the utensil with warm water and dry it completely.
  2. Place it over low heat for a few minutes to remove any remaining moisture.
  3. Apply a very thin layer of cooking oil over the cooking surface.
  4. Wipe away any excess oil.
  5. The surface should look lightly coated, not greasy.
  6. Heat the utensil gradually for a few minutes.
  7. Allow it to cool naturally.
  8. Repeat the process when necessary.

The more you cook, the better it gets.

Regular cooking with a little oil naturally helps build and maintain the seasoning, improving the performance of your PrimeCast utensil over time.
