Apart from condition reserved herein above, the following products shall not be eligible for return or replacement, viz.
- Any product that exhibits physical damage to the box or to the product;
- Any product that is returned without all original packaging and accessories, including the retail box, manuals, cables, and all other items originally included with the product at the time of delivery;
- Any product without a valid, readable, untampered serial number, including but not limited to products with missing, damaged, altered, or otherwise unreadable serial number;
- Any product from which the UPC (Universal Product Code) has been removed from its original packaging.
Refund / cancellation of order are possible only within 1 hour of payment made. Once the order is placed and shipped you cannot cancel the order in any time. If the order cancelled within an hour, Refunds will be made in the same form that the payment is received within 10 working days from the date of cancellation of order.

Good quality iron tawa. Heavy, thick and sturdy with the convenience of silicone handle. However, the seasoning (and ongoing maintenance) instructions can be made more robust, as it’s the main thing when using iron. I had to struggle with tawa use initially and then spent much time on the net to figure out the details for using it.

Exceptional product. Heats up quickly and cools down slowly. Easy to clean and because of the thick base, cooking is even.

I spent a lot of time searching for a good iron tawa. This one is perfect! It brought back a lot of childhood memories as well! I switched from non-stick to cast iron and iron tawas and it’s a healthy decision I’ve made!
