- Any product without a valid, readable, untampered serial number, including but not limited to products with missing, damaged, altered, or otherwise unreadable serial number;
- Any product from which the UPC (Universal Product Code) has been removed from its original packaging.
Refund / cancellation of order are possible only within 1 hour of payment made. Once the order is placed and shipped you cannot cancel the order in any time. If the order cancelled within an hour, Refunds will be made in the same form that the payment is received within 10 working days from the date of cancellation of order.

Very great product, works in induction.

Hard part is cleaning and storing. Rest it’s all good. Highly recommended product, better than non-stick any day

The cast-iron pan is very sturdy and the rings on the bottom keep it stable on the stove. Since it is pre-seasoned it was easy to start using it. I just followed the instructions sent and the first time the paddus were sticking to the pan a bit, but the second round onwards it worked like a charm. You would never go back to non-stick once you’ve tried it.

After washing with normal water and mild soap initially heated with oil and onion for 3 days. and then leave it with oil for another 2 days and then it is awesome to use. Paniyaram comes out easily with less oil while cooking. Highly recommend it.

No doubt the product is very rigid…but it is getting rusted within in a day even after its completely cleaned and wiped with a dry cloth..it’s frustrating to clean the rust every time we cook…I want a refund for this product
