After mail validation, if the query is acceptable we will ensure that a brand new replacement is issued to you with no additional cost.

Apart from condition reserved herein above, the following products shall not be eligible for return or replacement, viz.

- Any product without a valid, readable, untampered serial number, including but not limited to products with missing, damaged, altered, or otherwise unreadable serial number;
- Any product from which the UPC (Universal Product Code) has been removed from its original packaging.
Refund / cancellation of order are possible only within 1 hour of payment made. Once the order is placed and shipped you cannot cancel the order in any time. If the order cancelled within an hour, Refunds will be made in the same form that the payment is received within 10 working days from the date of cancellation of order.

Good quality. Good product. I thought it would be non sticking like teflon coated pan. But just like iron kadai we used in our childhood.

It’s very sturdy, easy to clean, easy to handle. Please wash and dry the skillets immediately after use and apply a thin coat of any cooking oil to prevent from rusting INITIALLY.. Those who love to cook should try Lodge Cast Iron skillets..I am glad to say that its been working well .
