- Any product without a valid, readable, untampered serial number, including but not limited to products with missing, damaged, altered, or otherwise unreadable serial number;
- Any product from which the UPC (Universal Product Code) has been removed from its original packaging.
Refund / cancellation of order are possible only within 1 hour of payment made. Once the order is placed and shipped you cannot cancel the order in any time. If the order cancelled within an hour, Refunds will be made in the same form that the payment is received within 10 working days from the date of cancellation of order.

Although i have returned the kadhi due to size and ordered a larger one…. However I have seen the quality of metal which is absolutely perfect and good…. They have sent it in a good packing so that it should not exposed to moisture during transit… They have pre seasoned it with oil… Hence it is ready to use….. I am waiting for my large kadhi and excited to use soon it arrives…. Order it from mannercraft only..

Kadhai is good and heavy.
Size is perfect as expected.
Sufficient for 2 to 3 people’s sabji.
Good for frying.
The food doesn’t stick to kadhai, easily cleans up.

Instead of foing for a big brand I thought of getting this one. I initially used it only for frying purpose. Now I use it for everyday sabzi and to my surprise food does not stick at all. Its like non stick. 😊 Buy it without a doubt. But need to oil it after every use.
