After mail validation, if the query is acceptable we will ensure that a brand new replacement is issued to you with no additional cost.

Apart from condition reserved herein above, the following products shall not be eligible for return or replacement, viz.

- Any product without a valid, readable, untampered serial number, including but not limited to products with missing, damaged, altered, or otherwise unreadable serial number;
- Any product from which the UPC (Universal Product Code) has been removed from its original packaging.
Refund / cancellation of order are possible only within 1 hour of payment made. Once the order is placed and shipped you cannot cancel the order in any time. If the order cancelled within an hour, Refunds will be made in the same form that the payment is received within 10 working days from the date of cancellation of order.

I was looking for a cast iron kadhai with No non stick coating nd not too heavy…Prestige is a brand which i ve been using for many years now…nd it has not let me down this time around also…the kadhai is sturdy while not being too heavy nd there is no chemical coating which was why i bought it…Full value for the money spent
