Apart from condition reserved herein above, the following products shall not be eligible for return or replacement, viz.

- Any product without a valid, readable, untampered serial number, including but not limited to products with missing, damaged, altered, or otherwise unreadable serial number;
- Any product from which the UPC (Universal Product Code) has been removed from its original packaging.
Refund / cancellation of order are possible only within 1 hour of payment made. Once the order is placed and shipped you cannot cancel the order in any time. If the order cancelled within an hour, Refunds will be made in the same form that the payment is received within 10 working days from the date of cancellation of order.

A very good cast-iron kadai. It has found its place in the kitchen instead of getting lost in some shelf. And that’s all I can say. Its become a regular in the kitchen for cooking a lot of things in a family of 5.
To all who think it is heavy to clean, that it rusts when left undried after a wash, or that food sticks when the seasoning wears off etc., I would like to say these are common issues with all cast-iron cook ware and most common to first time users. So a little patience is definitely called for before we turn to appreciate cast-iron.

It’s too heavy. The taste changes. Made it for a thick curry veg.

Excellent build quality. Pre-seasoning slowly wears off with multiple washings, but that is not an issue at all. Perfect kadai for cooking.

It is really a Good quality Kadai. The cast iron once seasoned properly, consumes lesser oil as compared to steel. Initially it’s seasoning must be done before use.

Awesome product i must say after using it for the past 15 days. We cooked every type of curries including deep fries and all and it simply seems like a non stick kadhai. Its heaviness, shape everything is just perfect. Main thing i like is the handles n main body both are moulded from a single piece. So no tension of loose handles at all keeping in view its heavy body. So anyone looking for a cast iron kadhai can happily buy this, cooks easily for a 4 member family.
