If there was an option to give this product 10 stars, I would. I have become a huge fan of this brand(Indus Valley) as this is my third product from them after I decided to move all our cooking to cast iron.
The fact that it is so heavy ensures that it is naturally non stick – the panniyarams were super crispy on the outside and the right amount of fluffy/cooked inside.
Just to give you an idea of how good this product is – I have for long, been a very big fan of cast iron cookware. I have lugged the original Lodge pan from my trip abroad and also have different sized cast iron Dutch ovens – indus valley VERY EASILY holds its own against The Lodge. (At a fraction of the price).Request the brand to no compromise on quality ever – definitely recommending to friends and family.

Medium sized cavity, good and sturdy ..added photo comparision of my prestige non stick pan with this .both take 25ml liquid.

Never knew iron pan would be so easy to use and food just doesnt stick at all!!!. Saute chopped onions in the pan cavities if u do sweet appam first .
