Before ordering I read the reviews. In one of them was written “it changed my cooking experience”. I was quite sceptical.
Yet, now that I used it myself, despite the high price, I absolutely love it. It indeed is a whole new experience. You feel you have top quality. Food cooks evenly. You can easily make large amounts of food. Pot stays warm long time after closing fire. Easy to clean. -
I’ve been using this dutch oven for couple of weeks now it’s really nice to make slow cooking meals. I made indian gravies and biriyani with this. It is just the perfect product to make biriyani it retains all the heat in after closing the lid and perfectly and evenly cooks the rice. The only thing is to use it in low flame to medium flame otherwise it slightly get burned but the cleaning process is not complicated at all. Loving this product.
