After mail validation, if the query is acceptable we will ensure that a brand new replacement is issued to you with no additional cost. If the product you received is perfect but you don’t like the product – we will not accept return or replacement. So, kindly go through all the specifications and order.

Any product without a valid, readable, untampered serial number, including but not limited to products with missing, damaged, altered, or otherwise unreadable serial number;
Any product from which the UPC (Universal Product Code) has been removed from its original packaging.

Refund Policy:

Refund / cancellation of order are possible only within 1 hour of payment made. Once the order is placed and shipped you cannot cancel the order in any time.
