After mail validation, if the query is acceptable we will ensure that a brand new replacement is issued to you with no additional cost.
If the product you received is perfect but you don’t like the product – we will not accept return or replacement. So, kindly go through all the specifications and order.
Apart from condition reserved herein above, the following products shall not be eligible for return or replacement, viz.

I use this in my small outdoor propane grill. Cooks evenly and keeps the grease off the grill insides.

Nice even Heat distribution when place on my Weber Grill … Cooked a 2.6 lb Tomahawk Steak to perfection . Easy clean up especially that I don’t have to clean my much harder to clean grill .

We started getting a hankering for pancakes, and after getting only so-so results from a non-stick pan, we thought we’d try this. YUM! They don’t stick, and come out perfect. So glad we bought it.
