Apart from condition reserved herein above, the following products shall not be eligible for return or replacement, viz.

It’s great for grilling, frying, etc. However, the pan bottom seems a bit thin, as heating is localized to the flame or induction area underneath, seen when grilling.

Works quite well, using for two weeks, no issues so far except its quite challenging to maintain!

I grill all year long. I have a small tabletop Weber q2000 for Winter use on the patio. This 10″ grill pan is perfect for that. Holds 4 burgers or 2 ribeyes. I use this so I don’t have to clean my grill plate. Works perfectly. I washed and seasoned it when It came. Cleaned easily after use. Washed and oiled it. Ready for the next burger. It’s not too heavy and I really like the 2 short handles rather than a long one on my other cast iron skillets.

I like the size and ribbing on the pan for keeping your food off of the flat surface. The only real difference I can see is that the cast isn’t as thick as some of the other cast iron pans that I have from other companies. I think that for searing and getting hotter faster than those, I think it is a great idea. Even though these are seasoned from the factory I still seasoned it before I used it the first time. And I have to say, nothing sticks to it while cooking and any residue is easily scraped off in the cleaning process.

I recently replaced an old grilling pan with this cast iron skillet and I’m very pleased with my purchase. The pan comes with detailed instructions about first-time use as well as the care and maintenance of the skillet. For some reason, this skillet cooks things much faster than my old skillet – and the raised ridges give burgers a nice “grilled look” It’s very easy to clean and maintain!
