Apart from condition reserved herein above, the following products shall not be eligible for return or replacement, viz.

- Any product without a valid, readable, untampered serial number, including but not limited to products with missing, damaged, altered, or otherwise unreadable serial number;
- Any product from which the UPC (Universal Product Code) has been removed from its original packaging.
Refund / cancellation of order are possible only within 1 hour of payment made. Once the order is placed and shipped you cannot cancel the order in any time. If the order cancelled within an hour, Refunds will be made in the same form that the payment is received within 10 working days from the date of cancellation of order.

The tava is good. Heavy and good quality.

Totally worth to buy this product.It has natural non stick nature once you season it.Be careful not to touch the sides while cooking since we have the tendency to hold the sides of the kadai while cooking. (Too hot to handle 😉

Review after using for a month. I would recommend everyone to use this one kadai. It might look expensive but its value for money and not compromise on health. Its very easy to clean. Food dont stick on this. Works as non stick.
It require maintainance as its made of cast iron. If you maintain it properly, it will last many years.
