After mail validation, if the query is acceptable we will ensure that a brand new replacement is issued to you with no additional cost.

Apart from condition reserved herein above, the following products shall not be eligible for return or replacement, viz.
- Any product that exhibits physical damage to the box or to the product;
- Any product that is returned without all original packaging and accessories, including the retail box, manuals, cables, and all other items originally included with the product at the time of delivery;
- Any product without a valid, readable, untampered serial number, including but not limited to products with missing, damaged, altered, or otherwise unreadable serial number;
- Any product from which the UPC (Universal Product Code) has been removed from its original packaging.
Refund / cancellation of order are possible only within 1 hour of payment made. Once the order is placed and shipped you cannot cancel the order in any time. If the order cancelled within an hour, Refunds will be made in the same form that the payment is received within 10 working days from the date of cancellation of order.

Really good quality. You have to season it well, just like any other cast iron cookware. Looks stylish. Cost wise a budget friendly . If the price is a little less ,would have given 5 stars.

The kadai is of excellent quality. The food cooked is tastier than that cooked in non stick cookware. The weight is a bit on the heavier side so it requires careful handling. I’ve used it for a month now with zero issues.

Easy to clean n food does not burn. After cleaning, I keep inner surface coated with thin layer of oil n wash it off before use. Yes.. being cost iron kadai , heavy to handle.

Really good investment. Has enhanced the flavor of the veggies immensely. We are vegetarian but I can see this kadai cooking meat quite well too. We should have bought this ages ago!
