Refund / cancellation of order are possible only within 1 hour of payment made. Once the order is placed and shipped you cannot cancel the order in any time. If the order cancelled within an hour, Refunds will be made in the same form that the payment is received within 10 working days from the date of cancellation of order.

So far..I m happy with the product..quite heavy n food doesn’t stick…I m taking care of product as mentioned…washing n drying and applying a thin layer of mustard oil..per..seasoned well ..price much lesser than lodge…but haven’t bought lodge after reading reviews of this Kadak..thought to try this before going for lodge..n m happy with my decision…

Using from so many days on regular basis. Easy to cook,wash and durable. Always maintain with oil after every wash. Wonderdul product

Loved this product from day 1. Needs seasoning the first few times and the usual care that cast iron requires. But practically nonstick if you take care of it. I use it regularly for subzis, stir fry, noodles, fried rice etc. It’s REALLY heavy though (probably why it works).
