Apart from condition reserved herein above, the following products shall not be eligible for return or replacement, viz.

- Any product without a valid, readable, untampered serial number, including but not limited to products with missing, damaged, altered, or otherwise unreadable serial number;
- Any product from which the UPC (Universal Product Code) has been removed from its original packaging.
Refund / cancellation of order are possible only within 1 hour of payment made. Once the order is placed and shipped you cannot cancel the order in any time. If the order cancelled within an hour, Refunds will be made in the same form that the payment is received within 10 working days from the date of cancellation of order.

You need to season the cast iron skillet before first use.

Have been using for over a week. Initially, as expected, the tawa was absorbing a lot of oil. Now its smooth and well seasoned and producing perfect crispy dosas. The pan is solidly built and the handle is very useful.
