Refund / cancellation of order are possible only within 1 hour of payment made. Once the order is placed and shipped you cannot cancel the order in any time. If the order cancelled within an hour, Refunds will be made in the same form that the payment is received within 10 working days from the date of cancellation of order.

No doubt the product is very rigid…but it is getting rusted within in a day even after its completely cleaned and wiped with a dry cloth..it’s frustrating to clean the rust every time we cook…I want a refund for this product

Instead of using toxic non stick pan this is good to use

Good quality product. Taste of paddu is great. Also once seasoned properly it doesn’t take much oil. The first few times it’s difficult to use but later it’s the best

After the first wash and 1 round of seasoning with onion the paniarakkal behaved like non stick. Paniarams came out perfect
