After mail validation, if the query is acceptable we will ensure that a brand new replacement is issued to you with no additional cost.
If the product you received is perfect but you don’t like the product – we will not accept return or replacement. So, kindly go through all the specifications and order.
Apart from condition reserved herein above, the following products shall not be eligible for return or replacement, viz.

The Pan material is good and delivers on what it promises.

Best quality at this price. Thickness is good nice heat distribution. it’s been some time using the pan the coating didn’t came off like other high end brand. Really happy with the purchase

The pan is very useful in making variety of sandwiches. One improvement could be little more thickess in bottom as I have to cook in low flame.
