After mail validation, if the query is acceptable we will ensure that a brand new replacement is issued to you with no additional cost.
If the product you received is perfect but you don’t like the product – we will not accept return or replacement. So, kindly go through all the specifications and order.
Apart from condition reserved herein above, the following products shall not be eligible for return or replacement, viz.

I love the quality of product

We were grilling with microwave before. This process limited our cooking procedures. This is an amazing grill for the price and good quality material. Compared to previous grills, this was so easy to clean and cooking was a pleasant experience. Thank you. Would recommend this product to everyone who loves cooking

I used it for grilling chicken, it’s non stick so easy to clean and it really gives that texture of a traditional grill because i have that installed in my home but burning wood is a long and tiring process but this pan provides that authenticity and its not that time consuming.
